I say in similitude, that though it is one created world, yet its renewal power is being observed time after time, especially at some fourteenth generation.

Now, it is the Voice of Re-Creation calling the entire human race to God's recreation, God's rest, God's hallowedness, for the earth will be habited again. God's people will have their power again - they will be in control. Those who call and bless themselves in the name of the Lord will rejoice again.

This is the Voice of Recreation, the words of YHWH.
