BOOK OF LIFE
Life has a record of all that takes place in it, just as we humans have a Recorder inside of us – our souls, taking note of every activity we do or participate in – Our soul is the memory Card in us. Also, the record that life has concerning us and everything that takes place in it is simply known as the BOOK OF LIFE.
There are books and there is another book called Book Of Life. There's (1) Lamb's Book Of Life and there is (2) Slain Lamb Book Of Life. There's also another book of Life called (3) the Book Of Remembrance. All books point to one thing – Life and how well we live it!
In order to fully grasp its meaning, we would need go foundational. I mean, before we'd conclude that the Son Of God has a book written in high honour and favour of believers – those who believe in Him or His name, it is expedient that we explore the actual meaning of this book.
First, we must know that this book does not take in names afresh. And that all the names were written before the founding of the worlds, even before we were born. This is very key in our understanding and in getting to know Jesus who is the Only Begotten Son of God.
Leave that as it may, know that names of all blasphemers, scoffers and scornfuls who make jests at holy things will be removed. Names of abusers of people and this life will also be deleted. Names of sinners (those who indulge in sinful acts claiming that God is too weak to safe them) will never be found in God's book anymore. People like this will usually commit more sins and live as if they've licensed or commissioned to sin. To them now, sinning is normal.
Everyone that has escaped the womb and born to earth automatically has his name written in ONE or all of the books. But each person has to prove it by the kind of life they live. This was why Man is given 120 years, not for longevity but to show by proofs that their names are truly written in one of the books – the book of Life.
Now listen, how do you treat the earth? How do you see your immediate environment? What input has life got from you? What contributions have you done to making life better and leaving it better than you met it? All these are BASIC to having one's name unerased in God's holy book.
Or have you shed blood on it and have covered up innocent blood in the earth – and begging people to help you keep it secret? Surely, it'll secrete soon and everybody everywhere will perceive it!
Have you like Cain a profane leader, killed your own brother and then blaming it on God's failure to keep His faithfuls? "Am I my brother's keeper or You?", Cain replied God in their conversation. Or are you not also saying the same things to yourself while enjoying sin, then once in while you turn in and think yourself to be powerful?
All those who mistreat Life and the earth with disgust, as scum without a keeper – rendering it a desert for their own desserts, without regard will have their names successfully deleted from God's book of Life.
Some really wise-fools even think, "Why should God leave the earth without an appointed keeper? That if God really wanted progress for humanity, He should appoint them to be in charge or at least, Somebody to watch over His estate – empowering such, then enquiry an accounting later??
