LUNAR SUMMONS - TRUE TABERNACLE
Now this is the main point of the things we are saying: We have such a High Priest, who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens, a Minister of the sanctuary and of the true tabernacle which the Lord erected, and not man. For every high priest is appointed to offer both gifts and sacrifices. Therefore it is necessary that this One also has something to offer. For if He were on earth, He would not be a priest, since there are priests who offer the gifts according to the law; who serve the copy and shadow of the heavenly things, as Moses was divinely instructed when he was about to make the tabernacle. For He said, “See that you make all things according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.” But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry since He is also a Mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better promises. Thank God for LS, Lunar Summons, and for its eighth time this year 2024. The last edition in July titled Righteousness, Peace and Joy focused on the everlasting life of Melchizedek King of Righteousness, King of Salem. We'd thought if righteousness and peace were found personified in Melchizedek, then joy was also present according to Rom 14:17. That was the synopsis of the entire piece in the seventh edition. This night, the Lord brings to our forebears the matter of the "true" tabernacle which implies that there are "untrue" tabernacles. Starting right from the revealed pattern shown to Moses the disciple of the Lord on the holy mount down to the actual copy constructed by Israelites in the wilderness down to the Temple of Solomon and other successive versions - Zerubbabel and Herod's down to the different factions of Pharisees and Sadducees down to the numerous denominations we have today, all is tagged "untrue tabernacles" they hold nothing for God. They're all fake and fading.
The whole earth the Bible says, is the Lord's footstool, that is, His worship place. The entire universe with its solar system without any reservation is God's worship place. The same reason Adam did not receive any instruction as to how to worship God in the Garden of Eden. It then means the way these earth(s) are being cared for including Mars, Jupiter, Pluto, Venus etcetera tells how spiritually sound anyone is and how much of God is indwelling in him. There is a decree-blessing by the Lord God that man should replenish the earth - Gen 1:28. This instruction remains wholly relevant as only those who're dutiful at it are termed blessed and wise by God.
One more thing about tonight's thoughtfulness is God showed Moses a tabernacle - a movable, detachable, makeshift tent, and not a rigid temple that could take forty-six long years to build. Leave that as it may, at the time the holy Bible was cannoned and sealed with the book of Revelation written around 100AD no additional input or upgrade was expected/welcomed because God was already satisfied with the whole thing and had passed it into law. Read to understand the immutability of God's word. Moreover, the church had run a lifetime course of seventy years after the death, resurrection, and ascension of the Lord Jesus tested, tried, and approved for learning.
Let's note that the pattern, the image given Moses the man of God on the holy mount was merely a shadow of the real tabernacle which is Lord God Almighty and the Lamb. That a copy of the Tabernacle was made on earth didn't mean anything like that existed that form in heaven. It could only mean that the Temple of God which is, you and I had been symbolically represented in other relative terms typified in human form as it related to the Tabernacle. The ark, table of presence, walls, the altar of burnt offering, the altar of incense, the lampstand, olive oil, and outer courtyard are pictured but ably represented by the cells, tissues, organs, and systems of the human body. Our body is God's true tabernacle.
