Reflexions thanking God at this perilous time is asking that we review and recheck and possibly redirect of our hearts on the issue of "House of God". Just as we know, God has no reserved place for worship. Even Lord Jesus while discussing with the Sychar woman by the well of Jacob said, "A time is coming and now is when true worshippers won't choose certain special places for worship but worship the Father in spirit and in truth, for the Father seeks such to worship Him", John 4:21-23. The real reason God has no any reservation for worship is because the whole earth is His footstool, reserved and worship place, 1 Chronicles 28:2, Isa 66:1
The other real reason is, if God ever desired a place to live in and be rested, it's the human body! Our body is the Temple of God and of the Holy Ghost, for the Spirit of God dwells in us, 1 Corinthians 3:16, 6:19. This statement only came years after many waters had passed under the bridge of our Life. God, though wanted to inhabit the human body from Creation of Adam but was somewhat impossible because Adam fell and failed. God then sought many interventions to have this done but wasn't realized until the Word of God was born in flesh, in human form.
Until the coming of Jesus the Word of God personified, there was no hope or way whereby God could live in the human body. This was many years, thousands after the Creation. And this same is fondly called the Kingdom of God. John the baptizer started it and was aired by Lord Jesus. That was when God started to think of living in and amongst us, as our Emmanuel. Remember, this was only the beginning not everything God will do with man. The promise of Kingdom of Heaven, that is, God's reigning kingdom from his throne in Heaven over the earth is still in view. That process was meant to be triggered by the first coming of Jesus, the only begotten Son of God our Father.

In a nutshell, it was a mere wishful thinking that made God live in human body but a due process, for one and all. Man became the temple of God and His holy Spirit through the workings of Jesus who sacrificed His life for the rest of us! So, when we come together for worship, the place where we meet don't automatically or for any other reason become the "house of God", rather presence of God in each and every one of us - the togetherness of these glorious temples of God that'll bring about fulfillment of desired result. As it has been said by brothers Stephen and Paul as prophesied by Isaiah that, "God does not live in houses built with hands, human hands" - Acts17:24-25.
Please note carefully before you embark on any journey to any place of worship:
1. God our Creator is everywhere and can be accessed by everyone anytime.
2. The holy Bible, the Word of God is now very handy, available everywhere, cheap, in chips and in almost all languages, even electronically - phones and devices.
3. The Holy Spirit who inspired the writing of the Bible through the ages also very much available everywhere in the cosmos to help our understanding of God's word and know God Himself.
Having understood these three facts, it then imperative to "prudently walk" into any building or places of assembly where God's name is jointly called.
