A THOUSAND YEARS, LIFETIME OF MAN

ONE THOUSAND! "Though a man lives a thousand years twice over but doesn’t find contentment—well, what’s the use?" Ecclesiastes 6:6 TLB Man was to live forever but this plan went into the flames when man fell seriously in the Garden. This context, "live forever" remain contentious and unbelievable, but it's true –Gen 3:22. Man was not meant to grow old and die. We were to transient from earth to heaven without experiencing death, at least. And we had a max of a thousand years, each of us. It's pathetic that these years were lowered to allow for man's purpose only. For God thought, "What's essence of keeping man in this state of life?". Man was then given 120 years for him to prove his nature, rather than living in pains and agony due to the Fall. Adam and his generations up to the time of Noah had theirs, though not as the Lord God purposed. They died in the day (Gen 2:17). Instead of ascending to the heaven's height, they all descended ...

GOD'S WORD

Image
GOD'S WORD Do you read God's book? Are you acquainted with the voice of God? Are you filled with the sayings of Christ? Christ is head of every man who the head of his wife. And the head of Christ is God. God does not live in anyone except by Christ. Only those who are of Christ can boldly say, "I know God", "I love God" etcetera because it is only through Christ that God lives with man, live in man. I ask again, does the word of Christ dwell richly in you? Do you saturate yourself with the word of Life? Every life has a voice and so is God. Can you recognize His voice if He speaks? Sure, you may have a copy of the bible, God's holy book which writing span a period of 4,000 years in the furnace of life before it was concluded and sealed. Over those years, God proved Himself to be true, noble, right, pure, loving, admirable, excellent and praiseworthy as well as consistent – for He was just same all through. Different people from every race an...

MY MINISTRY: A STEP....

Image
Discipleship is the process of forming and conforming individuals into the good things the Lord God has in store or thought for them from the founding of the world. If anyone would be used by God, being fitted into God's eternal plan and purpose for humanity, they must pass through the mouldings of the Lord, which is discipleship. I had lived and thought this was the end of all God's requirement for man as I listened to prominent Bible teachers in the Faith - vast and versatile, until God showed me a STEP ABOVE discipleship. And having spent FOURTEEN years examining, I submit it for scrutiny and possibly, critical observations. Meanwhile, virtually all my works are 100% public and online. They are messages from God but I took them as my thoughts about YHWH – the God of all Creation, that I am acquainted with. I do not intend to form or ever write a book aside publishing the Holy Bible. I live only to promote bibles. And if the Bible fails to provide salvation for an...

GOD BY EVIDENCE

Image
As much as I believe in a scientific God because to me, He's the Omniscient, I still hold on to the fact that there's no real evidence to God existing – there's nothing to really show that He's here. Shhh excuse me, please.... The philosophers often ask for the evidence that God exist. This is spurred by the fact that everything in creation by existence seems to remain the same until you cause a change. Since Adam, things have maintain their status quo until someone stands up to cause a change. Nothing has changed except by somebody's effort. Now the philosophers concluded within themselves that God is a concept and He does not exist. Another reason for this presumptuous statement would be the way we have presented God over the centuries: the Christendom particularly, have painted God as Somebody somewhere with big hands and legs, with a good torso and all ears, with a loud voice, moving mightily and has the tendency to be everywhere at the same time. Fo...

BOOK OF LIFE

Image
Life has a record of all that takes place in it, just as we humans have a Recorder inside of us – our souls, taking note of every activity we do or participate in – Our soul is the memory Card in us. Also, the record that life has concerning us and everything that takes place in it is simply known as the BOOK OF LIFE . There are books and there is another book called Book Of Life. There's (1) Lamb's Book Of Life and there is (2) Slain Lamb Book Of Life. There's also another book of Life called (3) the Book Of Remembrance. All books point to one thing – Life and how well we live it! In order to fully grasp its meaning, we would need go foundational. I mean, before we'd conclude that the Son Of God has a book written in high honour and favour of believers – those who believe in Him or His name, it is expedient that we explore the actual meaning of this book. First, we must know that this book does not take in names afresh. And that all the names were written...

THE MAN OF GOD

Image
When God chooses a man to be with and then anoints him by all Himself for some special works, that man is a MAN OF GOD . He is set aside for good works just as the Spirit of God descended on Lord Jesus at His baptism as a dove and then REMAINED on Him – John 1:32, and He went about doing good. It is easier for men to have the holy anointing through laying of hands by men, who have also consecrated their lives to God's service than WAIT to be anointed from on High. It is not even of him that wills nor of him that desires but of God who decides to show mercy! All through the holy injunctions, only few men were named by this office and you can count them, you can name them. Some lost their names, some their origin, others, their immediate families, etc. Each of them have their own juicy experience we can glean from: Moses, Elijah, Elisha, King David, Christ Jesus, even Timothy, etc. Having their names in the Book of books (Bible) could have made them have their names pub...

THE CALLING

Image
"...This man is my chosen instrument to proclaim my name to the Gentiles and their kings and to the people of Israel. I will show him how much he must suffer for my name.” Acts 9:15/6 Sometimes in 2003, while studying at the School of Missions, during one of my devotions with much fastings and prayer, the word of the Lord came to me in that verse of the Scripture. And having learned to accept God's will without questioning, I mean, I don't ask questions nor try to question if it was God speaking or His adversary, I ordinarily hoped for the worse, trusting God. What bided my heart and attention so much was, "...will show him how much he must SUFFER for my name." Surprisingly, this is what has kept my heart steady all through till now. And His grace is sufficient for me. SUFFERING is a part of life and should not be refuted. We must suffer a while and then be settled – 1 Peter 5:10. Poverty, lack, want and sickness are NOT in any way listed in the Christian sufferi...
