AKJV It once started before the beginning began that God thought of having His children who were abiding spirits with Him in vessels, appear in flesh and bones and in every sphere of life. Proverbs 14:14 The backslider in heart shall be filled with his own ways, and a good man shall be satisfied from himself. AKJV According to 1Corinthians 13:1-13 , love is not firstly the good things we do but the condition of our heart. Proverbs 13:13 Whoso despiseth the word shall be destroyed, but he that feareth the Commandment shall be rewarded . AKJV Another way to reading today's verse is to say, Whoso devotes himself to money shall be destroyed. And the simple difference between the wise and a fool is the lack of understanding which the foolish ones avoid, though knowledge is commonly and freely given to all.
